Over 54% of the roughly 20k yearly murders are committed by less than 0.002% of US blacks (83% registered Democrat), and a black person is THIRTY ONE TIMES (31X or 3000%) more likely to harm a white person than the reverse, according to voter registration & FBI statistics.
