@JohnRivers Even better, leftist policy is enacted, and finally is crushed by a high level legal decision. But in another jurisdiction a very very similar law is passed and ALSO has to be fought all the way up, because for some reason the other judgement doesn't apply. Meanwhile a rightly policy is disallowed in some lower level court and any even peripherally related law challenged in any other jurisdiction cites it as reason to dismiss.
