I'm probably wrong, but I'm optimistic. Let's take a look...

1. Durham & Donoghue appointed by Sessions in 2018.
2. Barr stepping down on Dec. 23, 2020.
3. Trump declares Dec. 24th a federal holiday.

I believe US politicians cannot be arrested while Congress is in session (could be wrong). This year the session ends one day earlier because Trump makes Christmas Eve a federal holiday. When did Washington plan his attack? December 23rd. Durham boats bring in troops Christmas night. Who is riding shotgun on a Durham boat this year? Richard Donoghue. Poetic justice? The Crossing of the Delaware 2.0?

The only thing worrying me is the optics, especially if the election isn't settled by end of Congressional session. Trump could've declared 12-24 a fed holiday awhile back, why now? Is this a logical theory? If I'm wrong on certain facts, I apologize. Help me out here.
