If you don't affirm your child's claim of being transgender, you might lose your kid.

This is happening in California which passed a bill requiring judges in child custody cases to consider whether a parent has affirmed a child's belief that they are transgender.

California requires that parents must affirm a child's gender identity or transgender identity if they are to be judged fit to provide for their children in the eyes of the court.
