The United States Government and its citizens are under attack by an insurrection of coordinating foreign and domestic enemies. The Constitutional and legal response by the President is to invoke the Insurrection Act to restore the orderly functioning of the government.

The foreign enemy is the CCP, Chinese Communist Party. The domestic enemies include the Democrat Party, corrupt members of the Republican Party, BLM, AntiFa, Islamic radicals, globalist corporations, FakeNews organizations, et al.

The Presidential election has been subverted by the forces of the insurrection. These two enemies conspired to use the COVID-19 "pandemic" to disrupt the spring presidential elections to install Joe Biden as the Democrat candidate for President and to subvert the fall general election to install Biden into the White House. If this subversion is successful then Joe Biden, an agent of the CCP, will become President on January 20, 2021 and control the federal government and the only legal means to defend the US from the insurrection.

President Trump should invoke the Insurrection Act in order to gather evidence establishing the subversion of the election and subsequently to bring to justice the members of the insurrection. The forces of the insurrection have subverted, through bribery, extortion and intimidation, state and federal judges, various governors, mayors, justice officials and other minor officials.

If the Insurrection Act is not invoked and Joe Biden should succeed in becoming President through fraudulent means then the citizens of the US need to come together to resist the illegal Biden administration and immediately select a wartime leader to restore order and assume the role of de facto candidate for President in 2024.
