This is not a win. It's not. Because down the line, #TheView will continue their show and spout libel against other people over the course of how long the show will still go on. The show, and the people in it, should be criminally held accountable and be properly sent to court for formal damages they've caused against Rittenhouse's name. Rittenhouse was about to set a historical precedent in the media and the entertainment industry, the kind that Sandmann failed to do so, by sending any of these talking to court and finally relabeling what libel and defamation is and what isn't. Sadly, Rittenhouse failed in this regard also.

Because of this, #MSM will continue to spout libels and defamations under the guise of "reporting" and "opinion" in the name of entertainment ad news. They'll continue to do this moving forward dodging this bullet that would've been a Coup de Grace to their narrative molding and storytelling for years to come. They will continue, because nobody pushed through, and everyone settled. Money, is enough for the defamed and libeled to not pursue such cases. Case in point, Whoopi just said on live TV that she's prepared to do violence to #Republicans if they won't budge on #guncontrol; one's a threat, and the other is already a lie. See my point? So instead of finally not seeing them on air altogether, just went for Settlement........
