Yesterday morning I got the text at 5am of late school start which turned to no school due to the insanely slick roads later. The boys were perfectly fine with it and spent much of the day absorbed in their digital. Once I booted them outside in the afternoon I ended up getting a short coughing fit that caused my neck to freak out and gave me a huge migraine. It took over an hour to calm it down with the foam roller, Theracan, and Muscle Stim unit.

In the evening I found a super simple recipe in the Betty Crocker cookbook for a Spanish bean bake. I can say for sure it is a keeper and came out tasting amazing for such simple ingredients. Shortly before we were headed out to soak my neck flipped out and gave me another migraine only this one was a bit more mellow. Soaking helped but it is still on the edge this morning which means my day is planned out for me, taking it easy.
