Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle said that the reason there were no agents on the roof where Thomas Matthew Crooks attempted to assassinate Trump, was because it was sloped, and she thought it was too dangerous for men to be up there.

She literally just admitted it was her fault that Crooks was able to scale that roof with his rifle, and use it to attempt to murder Donald Trump.
