Bought @voxday's Alt-Hero Q Issue #2. Continues to impress. Liked the "no names" bit; thought that was clever (and functionally, a fun way to introduce new characters down the line).

Will say that the very last page reassured me greatly that this story would have what it needed right now. (I was worried it was losing momentum; but the addition of a [REDACTED] is *exactly* the jolt it needed - which told me the writers knew exactly where to take this thing). Would have ideally liked to have seen some more character moments from Roland (donuts came *close,* but not quite), but there's always more time for that later.

This is only the second issue - even if it felt a bit like moving the Protagonist from point A to point B part of the time (which, admittedly, sometimes you just have to do). However, it's become increasingly clear that the world that Vox and Dixon are building here has so much potential, and I'm looking forward to seeing how they're going to exploit that.

In the end, the only real complaint I have is that I don't want to wait 4 more months for another issue!
