Then about 2nd Amendment discussion:
So the Congress staff may have considered invaders as organized looters...
They and those who won't prosecute that as murder, are considering it OK to shoot at organized looters... (not all, just until they retreat...) What else is 2nd Amendment for, than for a defense? But they should have shoot a warning shot first...
Compare with two other cases - St.Luis family, who defended just by posing with guns, when BLM mob entered their private land, with history of very recent looting and arson... That was righteous defense from the family, and it helped to avoid any violence... They were unjustly prosecuted, in order to discourage similar resistance...
Then consider Kenosha Hero Kyle Rittenhouse, who has shot few people in obviously due self-defense, when he could not retreat any more while trying to avoid combat, and he has been attacked with deadly intent by an organized group... He also has been prosecuted unjustly, since his defense was righteous and proportionate... (he didn't shoot them all, just the most dangerous attacker, who has been or seemed armed, then second dangerous attacker, and then they escaped...)
What else is 2nd Amendment for, if not for due Self-Defense?!
