There is a word "meto pon" in the original, and well, the ancient greek didn't have a word for "phone"...

The Vaccination Passport is "Number of a Man", an ID into some Global Database...
And it does not matter, if the Number of a Man is tattooed or implanted like on a cattle or concentration camp prisoners, or if it is on the phone screen...
And they do plan to prevent people from traveling and BUYING or SELLING without that number on the mobile forefront...
