Bitcoin brings absolute LOSS of privacy and absolute government surveillance of all your finances, and makes it easier to rob you of everything...
Consider classical banknotes - I pick up papers from ATM, bank does not know where I spend them. Merchant does not know, who I am and where else I spend money. And state knows nothing beside possible digging of bank records... I can give money to friend or beggar, I can spend them privately, no one cares...
Then consider Bitcoin or any other BlockChain. You have a large ID number of wallet and no one knows, who it is - at first... But once you make an identifiable payment, for example with a delivery address, they know who you are, and see plainly every your past and future transactions with other wallet IDs. Suppose, they thus know man A and man B, then they see all their past and future transactions... Then suppose an entity like a State. Once you make some identifiable payment, be it taxes or parking fees, and man B makes the same, then Government can survey all your transactions ?
And to rob someone of everything, a gangster or police steals him one simple wallet...
Also, now you can pay to anyone, but with BlockChain currencies you can pay only to someone, who participates in same network... Thus if too many people would participate in that network, they would exert pressure on others to join, if there would be no other way to pay, in some foreseeable future...
BlockChain seems like a huge Chain lingering over us to enslave us... Paper money keeps privacy and freedom...
@RobertBeadles - do you have an opinion ? Am I wrong ?
