BREAKING: The Maricopa County Elections Department in Arizona said the global IT outage is impacting some voting locations, as early voting in statewide primaries rolls out.

But one can ask why an IT outage has an impact on voting when Arizona officials have INSISTED that the machines are NEVER connected to the internet.
