The Holocaust refutation in 15 points of the Stop germanophobia initiative:
7) Lack of German human testimony
Robert Faurisson:
“German public opinion had no knowledge of a program to exterminate European Jews during the war.
The German public only became aware of the alleged genocide of European Jews when American and British troops entered the German concentration camps at the end of the Second World War. The horrific scenes of huge piles of corpses and emaciated, sickly surviving inmates were filmed and photographed for posterity by the U.S. Army Signal Corps. Films of the horrific scenes in the camps were made compulsory for the defeated German population, so that their national pride would be destroyed and replaced by a sense of collective guilt.
What's more, none of the defendants at the Nuremberg trials claimed to have any knowledge of a German program to exterminate the Jews during the war.
Hermann Göring, Hans Frank, Ernst Kaltenbrunner, Albert Speer, General Alfred Jodl and the other Nuremberg defendants all denied any knowledge of a program to exterminate the Jews of Europe. Although these testimonies are often dismissed as false, the emphatic and consistent nature of their testimony, sometimes by men who thought they would be hanged, suggests that they are telling the truth.”
Furthermore, none of the wartime generals who wrote their memoirs after the war alluded to homicidal gas chambers or even to the intention of exterminating an ethnic group.
