Based on my own suspected infection of SARS-COV-II (bearing in mind this is with my own self-prescribed treatment so symptoms are likely diminished):
Day 1:
Coughing, irritation of back of the throat
Fatigue during middle of the day
Vertigo/slight dizziness (usually a sign of impact on blood pressure, usually dropping)
Kidney pains on touch
Day 2:
Coughing, irritation of back of the throat
Fatigue during middle of the day
Vertigo/dizziness
"Random" body pains (these seem to be primarily located at lymph node sites). These are sporadic pains that phase in and out quickly, and sorta feel like a bruise that suddenly appears and disappears.
Head and neck lymph nodes swollen and painful to touch
Slight headache
Slight chest pains that phase in and out
Kidney pains on touch (but diminished)
Day 3:
Same as day 2 but also:
Slight sensitivity to light
Worsening overall symptoms from day 2
Sense of smell substantially reduced (was not tested until today and is my basis for strong confirmation that I have the illness as testing kits are not available)
According to other sources on nCoV, the worst impact will be day 5. Judging by progression, I would say my underpowered set of experimental treatments are working.
