Dear Deputy Chief Farrington:
I received your letter which has no date, but which was postmarked September 16, 1999, expressing that you understand my frustration, but that you regret that the Department of “Justice” will be unable to assist me.
You stated that “we agree with the FBI.” Am I to infer from this that when Mark
B. Codd, Unit Chief of Public Corruption, gave my complaint about SAC William Gore to SAC William Gore, that SAC William Gore found himself to not be guilty of any corruption or conflict of interest? I was never informed of this officially.
You also state that I have not provided specific information suggesting a violation of federal criminal law. Might I suggest you consider the following violations which fall under a violation of federal law called PUBLIC CORRUPTION?
•embezzlement of federal funds by two San Diego Unified School District
administrators. San Diego Police Department, San Diego Unified School District, San Diego County District Attorney and San Diego FBI have refused to investigate my allegations or look at any evidence I have.
•double homicide of two other San Diego Unified School District administrators by the two administrators who embezzled the above funds. San Diego Police
Department, , San Diego County District Attorney and San Diego FBI have refused to investigate my allegations or look at any evidence I have.
•cover-up of the above embezzlement and double homicide by San Diego
Police Department and San Diego Unified School District. SDPD received over forty phone calls protesting the murder-suicide conclusion that SDPD settled upon before assessing the facts.
•cover-up of the above double homicide by San Dieg County Medical Examiner. FBI refused to investigate in spite of the fact that the same Office of
Medical Examiner has been accused in numerous other cover-ups. It should be
noted that a coroner from the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office participated in the controversial White House Counsel Vincent Foster autopsy findings.
