IS MEXICO TELLING THE W.H.O TO POUND SAND?

Mexico has officially dropped all entry requirements including the health form. Mexico hasn't had any testing or vaccine requirements to enter the country but they did have a health form with a QR code you scan at the airport when entering.

The WHO started bashing Mexico for not having testing and vaccine requirements about 2 months ago. Cancun then added some restrictions which are reportedly not being widely enforced. Many suspected Mexico would crack down on travelers after pressure from the World Hoax Organization but they have just done the opposite.
