I read an article posted by an anon about 5g and corona, sounded interesting. Two things cought my attention:
-Wuhan 5G started 2 months before the outbreak
-South Korea which seems to be the biggest hotspot next to China allready started 5g coverage in 2018, and has pretty decent nationwide coverage.
Got me thinking: "Europe is only really getting hit in Italy atm. I'm in the Netherlands and no case here so far.... We don't have 5G yet, let me check Italy"
Turns out Italy has 5g coverage in 5 cities, so I figure i'd make a map to cross reference the cases and areas with 5G coverage. After putting in cases, coverage and quarantined areas, I thought there was a remarkable correlation. SO I did south korea, where there is less correlation but the coverage is across big parts of the country though limited to main roads mostly, so most reported cases would have used these roads most likely.
I don't have time to do anymore but it may be worth plotting some more data on other countries. Let me know what you guys think, I could share the Google map link if someone wants to put in a country or 2
