Harbour Chan / Harbour Sir is the Assistant Commander of the Sha Tin Police District in #HongKong. He was arrested today (25th) on suspicion of obtaining mortgage loans by fraud. Police said that after in-depth investigation & consultation with the Department of Justice, the Criminal Division of the New Territories South Region arrested a 50-year-old male police officer & a 47-year-old local woman on suspicion of conspiracy to defraud. Investigations revealed that the 2 provided false documents & information to 2 local banks in 2019 to obtain mortgage loans. The 2 are now being detained for investigation.
