Coffee shop takes space at One Platte building as three more leases signed
Kaffe Landskap and The Olive Tiger — along with a construction firm taking office space — signed leases at the One Platte building at 1701 Platte St. in recent days, according to Melissa Rummel, development director for Denver-based Nichols Partnership.
