Fake Mass Shooting in Lewiston, Maine. October 25, 2023. “Lewiston Strong” – another HOAX sponsored by the Strong Cities Initiative Network. This is an ongoing large scale multiple agency Manhunt/Lockdown Drill The narrative so far: Robert Card is a U.S. Army reservist and a petroleum supply specialist. Early reports stated he was a firearms instructor, that is not true. Nor has he had any combat deployments. A U.S. Defense Department official confirmed to ABC News that Card was "behaving erratically" over the summer with his Army Reserve Unit at Camp Smith Training Center in upstate New York. Card allegedly threatened other soldiers with violence. Out of concern for his 'safety', the unit requested that law enforcement be contacted. New York State Police officers responded and transported Card to Keller Army Community Hospital at the U.S. Military Academy for medical evaluation. A family member stated Card was struggling with “mental health issues” and “hearing voices” in July of 2023. Now they are also linking his deranged condition to his interaction with conspiratorial content online. According to the official story, he had concerns about a financial crisis/stock market crash, LGBTQ+ issues, gun rights, and Democratic public officials, including President Joe Biden. Three months later, at 6:56pm on October 25 2023, Card decided to grab a Ruger SFAR AR 10 and walked into the “Just in Time” Bowling alley to shoot up random people. 12 minutes later, Maine State Police Colonel William G. Ross said 911 received multiple calls at 7:08 pm about a shooting at Schemengees Bar and Grille. It was stated that the travel time between these two locations takes 12 minutes. OK. How is this possible? Or probable? Robert Card’s sister and family members have been interviewed to flesh out the story. They are speculating that he was searching to gun down his ex girlfriend. Which makes zero sense. They are still in the process of constructing a motive to sell to the public. It was also reported yesterday that he left a suicide note to his son.  The Card family apparently owns a great deal of land and a cattle farm. I think they selected this willful patsy and story-line because it effectively demonizes rural America and conditions the sheeple to believe that authoritarian rule is required to keep the "community" “safe,"  be it rural or urban. This Manhunt/Lockdown drill is a big production, involving multiple states including New Hampshire and Massachusetts (Boston conducted their own Manhunt-Lockdown Drill in 2013 so they are happy to assist). They even involved the Coast Guard for this one, which I have never seen before. This event is reminiscent of the Eric Frein Manhunt/Lockdown drill conducted in 2014 – same dynamic, with way more fanfare. This conditions the unwitting masses to obediently remain in their homes when commanded and to report anything seen – such participation assists with the simulated exercise and contributes to the “realism” they strive to create within the minds of the masses. This is a huge psychological operation that is currently controlling the city of Lewiston. A few things they're after: As usual they're going after the guns. Maine only has yellow flag laws, so they're looking to "correct" that with this psyop. The yellow flag law does not permit family members or friends to petition for a person to be involuntarily committed to a psychiatric institution. How serendipitous that this narrative provides a justification for them to pursue these changes. This theatrical event gives the masses an active example as to why these rights must now be curtailed. They are really pushing the mental health agenda with this one as well. The ABC clip features a few crisis actors. The leading role so far is played by Leroy Walker, whose “Hero” son Joseph Walker was killed at Schemengees Bar. Despite learning that his son had been murdered, Leroy has been giving incessant interviews around the clock to every news outlet.
