"Terms and Conditions Required to implement statutes and execute orders - commercial products and commercial services", and 15 USC 1602 Federal Reserve Board of #Governors 🤣 that are the deep state which controls "their" 12 Federal Reserve Districts within the states. After the Civil War they gave Negros the right to "work" and receive a pay check and take care of themselves "in the federal enclave" as that is the only place "within a state" which the agents of DC had any rights to control, but "Not to exceed Ten Miles Square" "within particular states". The Civil War did not free the Niggers. We became equal to them in this open air prison. See 15 USC 1602 again and notice "agencies" and "government" are the same. Who controls the World's"communications", and "our" "intellectual property", now?
