(Personally, I don’t believe it is ‘Proper or Legal’ for a Government official to use their Powers to Force ‘their’ Religious Views upon other Americans) Years and $Billions later, after New buildings, new books, an Olympic sized swimming pool and even trips to Europe, for cultural enlightenment, there was no increase in black GPA. This was a nice CBS:60 Minutes program and all the results are a matter of Public record.
