Housing market is broken I've been trying to rent this place for months Listed for $6,500/mo (a steal) Yet no one has signed a lease If I don't get a tenant this month, I'll default on the $120k mortgage and the $950k equity line of credit I took out on the place to buy 8 other rentals Government needs to step in and fix this now!
