After the events of the past week, in which Georgia schools had their annual Spring Break, Panama City Beach just declared that they will not host Spring Breaks moving forward. The reason? Out of control, criminal "teenagers."

I bought a police scanner and I can confidently report that the reason black neighborhoods are “over-policed” is because they call the police more than any other group.
