Can you explain the mechanism by which the X-ray beam creates an impulse of force at a 90 degree angle to the direction of the beam when encountering charged metal or statically charged objects? Does the X-ray laser offer enough spillover to pick up the X-rays with a Geiger counter's Geiger-Mueller tube? For the record I videotaped myself in thermal being hit, and the activator was some kind of focused beam. From that it appears they are charging the environment with some kind of static electricity, using whatever produced the deep hum.
