On Sunday night at 10.20pm a woman was walking through a parking lot for social housing in #Yvelines, just outside #Paris, when she saw a man in a car with her 5 year old daughter. He was a former resident of the building and had been offering the kids watermelon earlier that evening. The man was partially naked and fully erect. The mother noticed that the 5 year old had red genitals and fluid running from them. The girl has described acts of penetration. The woman fought with the man to release her daughter and he fled. He was later arrested and is said to be #Chechen #immigrant in his 60s who is resident in Paris.
