"Migrant from the #CentralAfricanRepublic, Kevin #Kerjean, has been charged with murder and rape after a 2-year-old child was found dead at a property in #Chertsey, #Surrey. Police were called to an address in #PyrcroftRoad around 5.40pm on Thursday (25 June), following reports of a concern for safety. On arrival, a two-year-old girl was sadly found dead inside the property.
