"The 500,000 illegal migrants #Spain with the stroke of a pen intends to grant residence permits have now grown to 1.2 million. From the middle/end of 2027, they will be eligible to apply for family reunification in Spain. Data from #Eurostat and the #Spanish authorities show a historical average of 1.5–2.5 additional people per regularized migrant over the following 3–5 years. Using the average as a multiplier: * With 500,000 illegal migrants, the total number of arrivals becomes 1.5 million. * With 800,000 residence permits, this rises to 2.4 million new migrants. * If 1 million migrants are regularized, the total reaches 3 million migrants. * And with 1.2 million, the total becomes 3.6 million (!) new migrants in Europe.
