Ummmmmm, this guy is a lying sack of garbage. Plus, why in the fuck would you even allow, in total, almost ONE MILLION CHINESE "STUDENTS" into the country at the same time? Has the anchor baby law been passed yet? No? Oh, so they could literally be coming in already pregnant, and just create AT LEAST the "435,000" (if half are females) paper-Americans and further subvert America that way.
