They've simply been reading the 'surface stats', where you'd see percentages etc. They're not looking at the actual booking records that show the faces and the races. There needs to be a massive kick up about this shit, because they're using the 'surface stats' to paint the whole of White America as something to be genocided because of how 'criminal' White Americans have been painted.
