It won't change anything. No one will really care beyond being outraged at the time. Maybe a politician will send a strongly worded letter. The cops involved will naturally get away with it. The system will carry on regardless infringing your rights and fucking you over. They'll simply file such instnaces as collateral, and state that 'overall the system is productive in crime prevention' and the masses will be happy with that. This already happens with other things in life sadly. Like with vaccines. Strikes on Iran where they bombed the same school for little girls twice. Environmental disasters like when a train full of chemicals derails and some people die and others only get sick. We seem to have reduced OUR SELVES to this way of thinking, because we accepted their excuses for so long.
