#Jesus #Truth #Bible #Scripture #Inspiration #Life #Grace #Perspective Perspective- it's a very important treasure to have. Paul speaks of being hungry & full, rich & poor, experiencing life's ups & downs yet being content through it all. The OT gives us examples (for our learning) of God's people not dealing correctly with life's ups & downs. Yet through them all God never once wavered from His promises to them & for 40 yrs fed them, taught them, lit their night with a pillar of fire, protected them & gave them victory over the enemies, and provided shade from the hot sun with His pillar of cloud as HE led them. Like Nehemiah here, we need to stop dwelling on our wants & muse often upon what God has blessed us with. We, like they, have God's promises, His Holy Spirit & Heavenly Manna (Jesus[Bread of Life] & His [THE] Word) PERSPECTIVE
