God used Israel to judge a morally corrupt land of Canaanites & especially the abomination of the 6-fingered, 6 toed giants (Goliath), remnants of the Nephilim (Genesis 6). Then when Israel insisted on becoming like the nations that surrounded them, including their sinful ways, God used them to Judge Israel. Have you noticed mankind is stubborn & stiff-necked? Even in the best conditions (Garden of Eden [Paradise]), we screw up, and here Nehemiah is pointing this out, How God gave them victory after victory, yet they rebelled. Mercy after Mercy, yet we turn away. How much proof do you need? It will never be enough, we'll want more. We need Jesus, YOU need Jesus, if you haven't yet ask Him to save you, HE's waiting & will.
