(The Old Testament is the New Testament concealed & the New Testament is the Old Testament revealed) In the KJV when you see the word "LORD" all upper case, it's usually what's known as the "Tetragrammaton" 4 Hebrew letters representing the unpronounceable Name of God. But notice God has a "Redeemer" now who could that be? (being facetious) the Hebrew word used is "go'el" and means "to save" Do you know the specific story of Ruth and Naomi? Ruth, a "Gentile" woman is named in Christ Jesus' genealogy (GASP!) A Gentile woman? Yep! Now what could she represent? (being facetious again) In steps Boaz, the Go'el who redeems Naomi's land, marries Ruth who bares Salmon, who bares Jesse who bares David. By the way, Boaz' mother was a gentile woman, Rahab of Jericho. Study
