An unbelieving heart which in turn causes such NOT to study & learn the word of God. There's enough videos, at least on "X" when you come across them to make you ask yourself "What were they thinking?" Proverbs deal with 4 kinds of folks: The simple, the scorner, the fool & the wise. Open your mouth & you reveal which category you're in (A word to the wise) Seek Godly Wisdom. Study.
