Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison has described a future where AI-powered surveillance systems analyze massive amounts of footage from cameras in public spaces, vehicles, homes, and police equipment. According to Ellison, AI would automatically detect and report incidents in real time. Ellison argued that constant monitoring could change how people behave.
