I think I've mentioned at one time or another that we heat, and cook, primarily with wood. It's a bit of a labor of love at times, but one of the things we enjoy is seeing the variations in different pieces of wood! Some pieces are really unique, and so, Luke starting making charcuterie boards and cutting boards out of the wood that's too beautiful to burn. We don't have a use for any more of these boards in our own kitchen, so we're emblazoning what Luke makes with our little leaf, and are selling them!
