I over analyse, but sometimes just grabbing a handful of stuff and throwing it at the wall to see what sticks gets the best result—no thinking required! Just like this random bunch of products from our grow room. A little bit of cilantro and amaranth microgreens, pea tendril microgreens, red veined sorrel leaves, and borage and nasturtium edible flowers. Looks great. Awesome colors and flavors. It just works.
