An illegal alien, Omar Garcia, was driving recklessly and speeding on Turner McCall Boulevard in Rome, Georgia. Officers estimate Garcia's black Dodge Charger was going between 80 - 100 mph, eventually crossed the center line and hit a Honda Accord head on. Two adults in the Honda were killed instantly and a 1 year old infant is reportedly in critical condition at the hospital. Garcia was charged with "two counts of vehicular homicide, one count of serious injury by vehicle, DUI, driving without a license, fleeing/attempting to elude, reckless driving, and driving too fast for conditions." "Rome Police said he is being booked into the Floyd County Jail."
