An illegal alien from El Salvador was arrested for the sexual assault on a 12 year old. He was arraigned and released on $20,000 bond. Upon his release, he was arrested for raping a 10 year old. Why aren't these predators being deported and/or shot? He had so little respect for our country's laws he raped a *second* child while on release for raping another child altogether. Where is ICE?
