Beware!!! I Just put in an order for some lith's & on the bill was a transaction fee. I asked what that was about & they said it was a wire transfer fee. Well I asked my bank if receiving a wire transfer incurred a fee & they said no, only on sending it. So I told Apexium this & they waived the fee but I also went to a competitor & they were doing the same thing but instead of a $40 fee, it was $20. So it looks like the chinese are finding creative ways to scalp you of extra $$$ they have no right to. China may have implemented this fee with their banking system but if you find that fee on a bill, I'd contest it & tell 'em you'll shop somewhere else if they don't remove it. BTW, It looks like cell prices are on the rise now. This order was about $50 more than the last order. I checked some competitor prices & they lined up about the same. Might be the last chance you can get lith cells reasonable.
