Science has prevailed and Moms Against Fluoridation have defeated the mighty EPA. It's been a long battle; they filed the suit in 2017. From the ruling: the preponderance of evidence shows that the current water fluoridation levels (which the EPA says are optimal) present “unreasonable risk of injury to health and the environment."
