@[email protected] are you confusing photon with an object? I think this is one of the core causes for your misunderstanding. Objects, with rest mass > 0 at speeds < c is a whole different story than a photon with a rest mas = 0 at speed = c To (over) simplify it, photon is never at rest. It has no rest mass. This is where the E kicks in. It seems you refuse to understand that the relativistic mass for a photon is energy. NB! I we are talking about a photon. m=Ec2=ℏωc2 I posted a link for this earlier.
