A victory for free speech and the right to life! Justice Alain Trudel ruled that former Quebec Tourism Minister Caroline Proulx acted arbitrarily and abusively by cancelling a Christian pro-life conference. She must personally pay $60,000 for violating Charter-protected free expression. Politicians don’t get to silence views they dislike.
