First it referred only to the ability to view events in time using the concepts well known in physics, E = mc2, where c = celerity, as Asimov wrote in his famous short story, or the speed of light, with the emphasis Asimov wants us to remember that speed or celerity in Latin refers to TIME. The entire PLG project is built around that concept. Isolate and control for c, celerity. Burisch states that this site was chosen for its natural proximity to electromagnetic properties of the earth that are utilized by the LG machine.
