DARPA is loving all of this.

An open database is Just That "open" to all that have access to the master file. Frankly it scared the Hell out of me once I got the jest of whats going on.. and by that time it was too late.
it is really 5D chess.. place all the players..know their strengths and weaknesses..then and add the spice and stir briskly to see where they all fall.. in place.. ??
