Ben Swann reports that CIA whistleblower James Erdman III testified to Congress about conspiracies among federal bureaucrats (particularly within the Central Intelligence Agency) to operate independently of elected authority in defiance of the U.S. Constitution---more specifically, to knowingly-and-willfully defy lawful orders issued by Congress and/or the President, to cover-up information about various crimes (including the assassination of JFK, CIA perpetration of MK-Ultra, and the almost-certain lab-leak of COVID-19), to illegally surveil his Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard, and to retaliate against CIA whistleblowers leaking information to her. As I might add, the U.S. Constitution authorizes our federal government to wage warfare, and I understand that warfare is generally justified ONLY when waged by legitimate authority (namely Congress) as a necessary last resort in genuine national defense against proportional international aggression, and I further understand that warfare is greatly aided by obtaining intelligence about enemy operations while concealing our operations from them---but, outside of warfare, state secrecy is entirely unjustified, as it keeps us the people ignorant such that it impedes our effectiveness in both governing ourselves and ruling over our political system, which renders it conducive to tyranny. So, if the CIA is surveilling our elected officers, withholding information from them (and from us), and punishing whistleblowers, all while defying lawful orders from us through our elected officers, then such facts suggest that the CIA is waging war against us to conquer us from within. Drawing attention to such an internal conspiracy could result in James getting fired (like John Kiriakou) or even threatened with death (like Edward Snowden), or it could result in his promotion while this conspiracy gets thwarted---but this outcome depends not upon his warnings but upon our response to them.
