I hate large-scale legalized murder, whether it's through elective abortion, through unjust warfare, through extrajudicial executions, or through euthanasia. This Tucker Carlson episode interviews Kelsi Sheren about Canada's Nazi-esque euthanasia program called Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID), which has enabled Canada's socialized health-care system to save substantial taxpayer funds by legally murdering more than 100,000 Canadian citizens for an expanding list of specious reasons---and that has sometimes been further abused by murdering people who changed their minds at the figurative last minute, or by helping Canadian citizens to murder their unwanted relatives. This interview also examines how Kelsi Sheren has been severely persecuted for criticizing this "medical murder" system to her fellowcitizens (who mostly remain figuratively deaf), how some Americans want to replicate such a system, how this "death cult" blatantly defies traditional Christianity, and how we can choose to cope with suffering in better ways. Relatedly, I've been sad to read so many true stories about people who were mistreated at hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic, who were generally either disabled or defiant, including my associate (and Utahn Constitutional scholar and former Constitution Party candidate) Scott Bradley. As I might reiterate... In 2007, I attended a presentation by some people who were trying to bring Romneycare (which inspired fascistic Obamacare) to Utah. During the course of this presentation, the main speaker told us that perhaps we as a society (collectively) were spending "too much" money on the elderly among us. He asserted that they'd lived good long lives and perhaps should be allowed to die. He favored the idea of communally making such decisions through the political process. Perhaps he could have said similar things about the disabled or the injured or the unwanted or the rebellious. I stood up and expressed a dissenting opinion about the value of human life, and about how such collectivistic thinking led to terrible results in fascistic or communistic societies. He polled the audience a bit later to see if they sided with him or with me. Sadly, I lost that show-of-hands---most of the audience consisted of statists like him, it seems, not Christians like me. Let's please remember that this attitude is typical in collectivist societies. Canada provides decent preventative and/or routine care for its human resources, but it doesn't want to spend "too much" money on caring for its injured ones, which is why some of them die while figuratively waiting in line for that care (except for Canadian politicians and celebrities and others who get to unfairly "cut" in line), while others stay alive by paying extra to hire American doctors. In Nazi Germany, this line-of-thinking led to the state performing cost-benefit analysis on its citizens to determine which ones were economically worth treating/curing and which ones "should" be withheld care and allowed to die. And there are numerous other historical examples of this deadly mentality, which all differ more in degree than in kind, from slave plantations to communist dictatorships. Ultimately, decisions must be made about who gets how much care, and the only question is by what system. As for myself, I believe that such decisions should remain decentralized among individual free citizens, rather than forcibly concentrated in the hands of a small oligarchy---especially an oligarchy of politicians, who aren't generally renowned for being loving angels, but are too-often arrogant, power-hungry, corrupt, and deceptive. In the latter case, care is often given to those who are most successful at currying their political favor, rather than those who are able to pay (with or without charitable assistance) as in the former case. And, again, I'd rather deal with the challenges of trying to afford my own care (and/or rely upon the generosity of my neighbors) than the challenges of trying to win the favor of a small overly-powerful ruling class. Let's please oppose legalized murder! https://rumble.com/v7cgn4c-exposing-the-state-sponsored-death-cult-disguised-as-healthcare-and-preying.html #LegalizedMurder #MedicalMurder #MAID #Euthanasia #HealthCare #Medicine #SocializedMedicine #Canada
