Despite the lies (nice phraseology) by #RobertCaliff, clinical trials will be conducted without informed consent.... and fines may be paid after the study participants have been injured or killed if subsequent waivers aren't granted by the FDA / some other federal agency. You can also be absolutely sure "safeguards", "rights", "safety" and "welfare" will be tossed out the window ASAP.
